Join us for a preview showing of Harris Wofford: Slightly Mad, an intimate, behind-the-scenes portrait of Harris Wofford. Bryn Mawr’s fifth president is one of the least-known influencers of 20th-century American history. Harris Wofford marched with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., advised President John F. Kennedy, and helped start the Peace Corps and the national political debate on health care reform on his unpredictable path to the U.S. Senate.

Jacob Finkel spent eight years filming Slightly Mad, following Sen. Wofford across the country and conducting more than 50 interviews. A Philadelphia native and currently a law student at Stanford University, Finkel founded the Corporation for Civic Documentaries, which produces high-quality films on great civic leaders.
